The big two: the house and the ride
The house is usually the biggest line. Across the founder-owned homes on this site, a stay over the past year averaged about $1,150 a night for a house that sleeps 12, including taxes and fees. For 12 people over three nights, that’s roughly $290 each. Busy weekends cost more; quiet ones less.

Covering the bride
