This policy explains what information Bachelorette Nashville collects and how it’s used.

What we collect

  • Usage data. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand which pages are useful: pages viewed, time on site, approximate location, device and browser, and clicks. These services use cookies.
  • What you send us. If you email us, we keep your message and contact details to reply.
  • Your account and plans. If you save a plan, we store your email, first name and the plan (dates, group size, budget and the activities you picked). Friends you invite sign in with their own email; everyone in a plan sees each other’s first names, votes, comments and suggestions. Only the planner sees members’ email addresses.
  • Marketing emails. Only if you tick the box. We use your plan details to send relevant tips and offers, including for the founder-owned homes listed on this site. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can turn it off in My plans.

What we don’t do

  • We don’t sell your personal information or share your email with vendors.
  • Plans are never public. They can only be opened by people signed in with an email the planner invited in.
  • We don’t take payments on this site. Bookings happen with each company or host.
