The founder owns some of the homes

The people behind this site own vacation rentals in Nashville. They’re labeled Founder-owned everywhere they appear. When you book one directly, we earn the rental income. They get no special ranking, and if another home fits your group better, we’ll say so.

Some links pay a referral fee

Some tour companies, party rides and partner homes pay us a fee when a group we sent books with them. You pay the same price. Booking, payment, deposits and refunds are always between you and that company; we never hold your money for someone else’s business.

What money can’t buy here

• A place on a list. Every pick has to clear our public bar.
• A higher spot in a ranking.
• A softer review. Fine print, like auto-gratuity or porta-potties at load-up, stays in.
