How it works
- We introduce groups whose dates and size fit your home.
- They book with you on your terms: your contract, deposit, payment and taxes.
- If a group we introduced stays within 12 months, on any channel, you pay a flat referral fee after check-in.
What we look for
- A valid Nashville short-term rental permit.
- Real beds for the guests you advertise, and enough bathrooms.
- Strong recent reviews and clear, group-friendly house rules.
