Itinerary
The classic Nashville weekend.
The weekend most groups want: one big party ride, one brunch, Broadway in daylight, a night off Broadway and time on the water. Every stop is rated 4.2 or higher on Google.
Friday
- 4:00 p.m.Check in and get the decorations up.
- 6:00 p.m.Assembly Food Hall at 5th and Broadway, so everyone eats what they want. Cashless.
- 7:30 p.m.Legends Corner across the street, then Tootsie’s if you can get in. Locals warn about Broadway late on Saturday, so make Friday your Broadway night.
Saturday
- 10:30 a.m.The Hampton Social. Reserve ahead; expect an automatic gratuity and a 15-minute late limit.
- 1:00 p.m.Honky Tonk Party Express, or another party ride. Book it first; it’s the hardest piece to move.
- 3:00 p.m.Robert’s Western World, the locals’ pick, best between 1 and 4.
- 5:30 p.m.Back to the house. Rooftop, outfit change, photos.
- 8:30 p.m.Off Broadway. Big Drag Bus for a show, or a speakeasy in smaller groups. Skip Broadway after 9 tonight.
Sunday
- 10:00 a.m.Checkout. Bags in the car or a luggage hold.
- 10:30 a.m.Pinewood for a last brunch, with a private room for big groups.
- 1:00 p.m.On the water if flights allow: Pontoon Saloon leaves from 2 Victory Ave, a walk from Broadway.
Make it four days
Add Thursday for a private lake day with Rowdy Boats on Percy Priest Lake, or the Murals & Mimosas tour early so the group photos are done.
